札幌にて開催された第45回美容外科学会総会にて、開発段階から携わってきた最新ピコレーザー「ピコシュア・プロ」の講演を行いました。
レーザーでシミ治療を行おうとする場合、その治療結果を左右する大切なポイントがあります。
その一つは、「レーザーが皮膚のどこまで届くか」ということです。
深いシミをしっかり取りたい場合、従来のPicoSureは、出力を上げても深達度は変わらないため、治療には多くの回数を要しました。
一方、当院が世界における初号機を保有しているPICOSUREpro（ピコシュアプロ）は、既存のPicoSure（ピコシュア）に比べて、
① 低い出力で深い位置のメラニンを効率よく破壊し
② ダウンタイムは軽く
③ 少ない回数で
効率よくシミ・アザの治療を行うことが可能になりました。

When we want to remove pigments with laser, there are some key factors to determine laser efficacy.
The Key factor of laser penetration is spot size, not fluence, when the other parameters like as wavelength, pulse width and fluence are consistent.
PICOSURE pro has adjustable fluence system to enable providers to treat deep dermal pigments with larger spot size compared with previous PicoSure.
The clinical study in my facility shows that lower fluence with larger spot size remove much more dermal pigments than higher fluence with small spot.
